You can buy it for your dinner or as your night snack.


You have lots of choice at the Fried Salty Chicken Stand.
All you need to do is wait in line, tell the vendor what you need,
wait a little while, get the delicious food and pay.



Qishan Fried Salty chicken is not only yummy, but also not greasy.


There is a machine that helps to spin the oil away.


Fried the food, spin away the oil, add some pepper, spice and garlic.
If you don't want the sauce. Remember to tell the vendor in advance.

Thanks for the oil spinning machine, there is no oil at the bottom.


Eat the chicken heart with green onion. It's so good.




We love to have fried salty chicken and fried squid with basil.
You can also try them with garlic.
Don't forget to get some thin-round-big tempura, it's really crispy.

CafePrimitive is also an old mansion renovate coffee
with a small garden, old tree and bench.





It is also a pet friendly cafe, the door and space is big enough
that we can park our big pet stroller beside our seat.

Having brunch here is more like enjoy a relaxing moment at the house of an old friend.

Pancake Brunch includes pancake, salad, bacon, omelette, soup and drink. NT$200



Quiche Brunch，includes Potato, salad, sausage, soup, drink and Quiche NT$220


Brunch in Primitive serves all day.


We have corn soup for today.
Almost no salty taste, just the nature sweet of the corn and some pepper.
It's light and healthier.


Fresh vegetables and fruit wakes you up in the morning.


Pancake and honey are always good friends.




Soft Omelette with cheese inside. It's wonderful. 


Bacon is cooked in boil water and roll up with onion.
Not greasy. It's really yummy.


The quiche is my favorite, the cheese, the spice, the broccoli makes the quiche perfect.  
It's really unforgettable.


Fresh orange juice and Americano is definitely the best pal of brunch.

You can take your time, having made to order meal.

The owners renovate the house to become a hostel
and some become coffee shop or restaurant.




Tainan Red brick is a nice hostel for those who love pets or travel with pets.
The owner of Tainan Redbrick not only loves pets
but also devote her efforts to the animal protection.



The rooms are on the second and third floor,
the first floor is the owner's workshop.
There are two rooms on each floor,
but only two groups of visitors will be accommodate each time.
You don't have to stay with the strangers on the same floor.




This is one of the room on the third floor.
The rooms are simple but clean.
Just like a home.

The host of the Tainan Redbrick always says that everything is simple here.
